September 19, 2011: ESI Specialists President, Cliff Shnier, participated in a panel discussion at "The Ontario e-Discovery Institute: e-Discovery for All Cases and All Lawyers," conference, hosted by the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association and the Advocates' Society on September 19, 2011 in Toronto. Cliff was invited to join the afternoon panel "Hot Topics and Q&A Plenary Session" by Kelly Friedman, chairperson of the Sedona Canada Working Group , and one of the two conference chairs. In the Q&A session, Cliff addressed audience questions relating to cross-border privacy issues and the relevance of the traditional Affidavit of Documents in the world of e-Discovery. The full day event was attended by 250 people with another 300-plus joining in via a web link.
